this pizza bubble bread is super delish... i got it from a pillsbury recipe card and it turned out really good... plus my house smells amazing.
pizza bubble bread:
- 2 (12 oz) cans flaky layers biscuits
- 40 slices pepperoni
- 8 oz. block mozzerella cheese (cut into 20 piecese)
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
spray bundt pan with nonstick spray and preheat oven to 350. seperate a can of the biscuits into 10 pieces. combine melted butter, italian seasoning & garlic powder. flatten a biscuit to a 3 inch disk and place 2 pieces of pepperoni and a piece of mozzerella cheese on it. bring the dough up and over the filling and seal it up so it forms a ball. dip the ball into the butter mixture and place in the pan. repeat with 9 more dough balls and then sprinkle the top with half of the parmesan cheese.
repeat the above process with the other can of biscuits and then pour the remaining butter mixture on top. bake for 33-35 minutes or until golden brown. pull out and let cool for about 5 minutes, before inverting onto a serving dish. one its baked you can pull apart the individual pieces and dip in the pizza sauce.
yay for birthdays @ work!
